Description
Glucan is a kind of ¦Â-Glucanase preparation got through its high yield microorganism strain fermentation. Glucan could be used in brewing, fruit juice extraction, clarification of wine and animal feed industry. High quality¦Â-1£¬3-1£¬4- glucanase could hydrolyze the glucan in feed of poultry and pig containing a lot of barley, wheat and rye, etc. It could also be used in brewing industry to promote the hydrolysis of glucan in the process of wort clarification and beer filtering.
Work Mechanism
Glucan could hydrolyze the glucan in feed of poultry and pig containing a lot of grain product such as barley, wheat and rye, etc, therefore to increase efficiency of feed utilization, enhance the intake of nutrients, and improve animal growing ability. This product could also be used in brewing industry to promote the hydrolysis of glucan in the process of wort clarification and beer filtering.
The Glucan ¦Â-Glucanase is with high thermal stability, which could allow the brewster to regulate amylase saccharification process through high temperature and cut down starch saccharification time.
