Cellulase is one kind of strain with high output; it is made by deep ventilating fermentation method. It is widely used in manufacture of feed, textile, fuel ethanol, alcohol, Chinese medicine, food juice processing, etc.

Effective temperature range30-80℃
Optimum temperature range 50-60℃

PH range 2.5-7.5,
Optimum range 4.8-5.2
3.Specification:
1. Solid type is off-white or beigep owder, with such enzyme activity units (CMC Enzyme).
Solid product: 10000u/g,20000u/g,50000u/g.
Liquid type is brown liquid product: 10000u/ml~100000u/ml.
2. Unit definition
(CMCA ENZYME): The amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze the substance of cellulase in one minute at Ph4.8, 50℃, producing equal to 1¦Ìg reducing sugar of glucose.
3. Standard: QB2583-2003.
4.Application Guide:
1. Feed industry: General dosage is 0.1-0.5% as feed additive.
2. Textile Industry: The recommend dosage is as follows: 2.5-5g / 1 kg of fabrics (5:1 water: clothes); 5-10g / kg of fabrics (10:1 water: clothes).
3. Other industry: According to the instruction of technicians.
5.Package and Storage:
Solid product: 25kg/drum or 1kg/bag; Liquid products: 25kg /drum.
This product is organic biochemical substance, sunlight & high temperature will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. It should be kept in cool and dry place, or you need to increase its dosage.
